The Shakespeare Association of Korea (SAK) has reserved 30 rooms at the Hoam Faculty House for the period of October 26-29. A 30% discount is offered by SAK on these rooms for those attending the conference, a privilege made possible through funding by The National Research Foundation of Korea. We kindly advise you to make your reservations promptly, as rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dear Participants,

 

We apologize for the delay in providing information regarding hotel reservations. We have taken extra time to secure the most convenient accommodations under favorable conditions for our overseas participants.

We have reserved 31 rooms at the Hoam Hotel located at Seoul National University campus, which offers excellent facilities compared to nearby hotels, while also being cost-effective. During the conference period (3 nights and 4 days from October 26th to 29th), we can offer a 30% discount thanks to the support of the National Research Foundation of Korea. (For detailed price information and room images. However, since we have around 40 overseas participants, we kindly request that about 10 of you share rooms, as there are a limited number of rooms available. We have secured standard twin, double, and triple rooms, and even if you choose to share, we believe it won’t cause significant inconvenience. Sharing a room will allow you to split the accommodation cost and save significantly. Of course, you can also opt for a single occupancy room. To enhance your convenience, you can make reservations directly on the conference website for the on-campus Hoam Hotel.

We offer two payment methods: 1) International money transfer and 2) PayPal. PayPal will be available from August 15th. For International money transfer, please complete the payment by August 31st, after making your room reservation. If you wish to use the convenient on-campus Hoam Hotel, we kindly ask you to make your reservation promptly. You can make accommodation reservations through the conference website. 

Additionally, we have listed several other recommended hotels on the conference website for those who prefer separate accommodations based on their needs. For accommodations in other hotels or outside the conference period, participants need to arrange bookings individually.
